Cet HIGH on CONTACT

What is Contact High?

Introducing a new queer-centred Gestalt therapy group focused on cultivating real presence, authentic connection, and embodied awareness.

This is more than a support group, it’s a dynamic practice space where we explore the richness of what’s alive in the here-and-now, together. Through Gestalt therapy exercises, somatic awareness, and group interaction, we begin to heal from disconnection and step into wholeness.

Whether you’re healing from burnout, navigating queer identity, seeking community connection, or just longing for deeper emotional intimacy, this space is for you.

What is Group Therapy?
Group therapy offers people a way to be in connection with others, by exploring set themes, as well as what’s alive in the room between the participants, in the here and now, through ones lived experience.

Who it's for?
LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking connection and new ways to explore queer identity and belonging.
